Today I decided to start working out at the gym because in all honesty, I've put on a bit of weight. However when I was doing my squats, I noticed a beautiful woman in the same room as me. I realized that when I finally did my first squat, I accidentally tore a hole in my shorts. And then she looked over at me to ask if I was ok. Her attention scared me so bad, that I shit myself and it came out of my ripped shorts and onto the floor. She stared at me and I was so embarrassed I cried and ran home.

Any tips? I'm too scared to leave my house now.
