Barney is a purple Tyrannosaurus Rex is the most others like troublemakers and his friends hate to see the sidekick rip-off characters of Riff, Arthur Read in the late-1990s, and Sesame Street puppeteers in the early-2000s.
In 2003, he visited his friend Big Baby Tom, it rescues him and can come to the PBS Kids Block Station while watching TV shows in case.
