In 2009, Go!Animate would collaborate with Cartoon Network and Hewlett-Packard to create a contest named "Cartoon Network's Toon Creator". This contest would take place (somewhat) around the Asia-pacific region, however there were other countries that had it as well.

The user who possibly won the contest was Bluey Superfan 2022💙🧡 as they claimed they won it under a video talking about the Toon Creator, however there isn't any evidence of them being the winner, so for now this remains unconfirmed.
Unfortunately, Toon Creator would shut down in 2011 and all the minigames, cutscenes and missions became lost media with only the themes remaining.
The last Toon Creator related message was on a shutdown page that would appear if trying to access the website from late 2011 to beyond.

Themes
There were a total of three themes exclusive to Toon Creator.
- Ben 10
- Chowder
- Toon Adventure
While Ben 10 and Chowder do not have custom characters, Toon Adventure does. It is possible Toon Adventure was the only theme of the three to contain custom characters. The reason for that is unknown.
