Lamont Wayne, professionally known as Chaostoon, is an American animator and designer recognized for his extensive work in 2D animation and character design. He has collaborated with various organizations, including PBS and Cartoon Network Latin America, and has contributed to award-winning projects such as the documentary ''To Be Us: To Work''.

GoAnimate/Vyond Contributions[]

In 2009, Lamont became a beta tester and one of the first production partners for GoAnimate, now known as Vyond. He designed and animated multiple characters for the platform, including a Wolfman, a Dragon, an Artist, and even Sonic the Hedgehog, each featuring a range of selectable actions for users to add to their videos freely. Lamont was the second most followed animator on the website, proceeding GoAnimate's creator Alvin Hung, with an estimated 21,000+ followers on his page

Freelance Animation and Design[]

Beyond his work with GoAnimate, Lamont has engaged in freelance animation and design for clients such as Samsung, The Cheesecake Factory, Staples, Nivea, Adobe, Microsoft, and Sony/ATV Music Publishing.   • ''To Be Us: To Work'': Lamont animated segments for this documentary, which won "Best of Film" at the International Black Film Festival.
  • KABI Chronicles: He directed this motion comic for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), earning the HHS Innovates award from the Obama Administration.
  • ''Three Headed Snake'' Music Video: Lamont contributed animation for the music video "Three Headed Snake" by Gunna featuring Young Thug, noted for its surreal visual effects.
  • "Swords": A cinematic, action filled GoAnimate video known for it's dynamic camera effects and shot compositions that received wide spread acclaim from the GoAnimate community during the sites "Golden Years", and became one of the most recognizable videos on the website. As of November 18th 2014, which is the last known capture of the video's page before GoAnimate underwent changes, A total 129,192 people have watched the video on GoAnimate's website alone.
