DomoAnimate was a former affiliation of GoAnimate. Based on the opinions of many users, it seemed to be 'boring' compared to GoAnimate. DomoAnimate lacked Lil' Peepz, Comedy World, text-to-speech voices, and a character creator, as it was founded at a very early stage in GoAnimate's development. The grounded videos 'closest to the finest quality' used the Stick Figure theme and speech bubbles as a substitute to the text-to-speech voices, which were not a feature because the site's staff and founder, Jexx, became inactive after 2012. This caused the site to became outdated, with no updates and rather poor moderation. It eventually closed down on September 15, 2014 and its links were redirected to GoAnimate for Schools (which closed down five years later).
