Evil Larry was an evil cucumber. His ultimate goal was to infect Go City with nightmares.
Evil Larry gave people Evil Larry Nightmares, giving them fear and fueling his power.
It was revealed that Evil Larry was the true father of Tony Harrison
In The Nightmare Returns: A CarrotKiller101 Movie, he was slain by Arhold Walker with the tronic sword. However, he was resurrected in the series finale of The CarrotKiller101 Spooky Mysteries, only to be slain again with the sword, this time by Stan Wright.

Evil Larry had several dark magical powers. He could control and give people horrible nightmares, fly, changing into different forms, shooting lasers out of his eyes to infect people with nightmares, and swallowing people alive.
While in ultimate form, Evil Larry could also shoot purple beams out of his eyes which could "infect" people with everlasting Evil Larry nightmares. He could also turn into a giant lizard (lacking his signature hat) and open darkness portals.

Evil Larry is killed by Arhold Walker
In The Nightmare Returns: A CarrotKiller101 Movie, it was revealed that Evil Larry in human form had murdered Arhold and Amelia Walker's mother and had captured his father (and also the real father of Tony Harrison.) Arhold and his friends discovered that the man was hiding in a castle, and embark on a search for it. After saving his father and confronting the man, the man reveals himself to be not human and Evil Larry. Evil Larry goes into an ultimate form and kills Arhold. However, Arhold is resurrected and granted superpowers by a magical sword. Meanwhile, Evil Larry terrorizes the city in an evil lizard form. Arhold then flies inside of Evil Larry's mouth, blowing him up and destroying him. But sometime later, on the night before Halloween, he was resurrected by his witch minion, only to be killed again by Stan.
