Kaneedian, formerly referred to as CanadianScout and Canadian, and sometimes his real name, Kann, is a Canadian GoAnimate / Wrapper user on YouTube. He currently resides somewhere in Quebec, Canada. He created his YouTube account sometime in September 2012 but didn't start posting until 2014. He is best known for creating popular GoAnimate series such as Five Nights at Jack Paul, which saw its first episode on December 17th, 2015.
Bio
Personality
Kaneedian is a generally kind and quiet person and will try to support his friends as much as possible whenever they feel down. He often tries to make jokes and play around with his close ones in a friendly way.
However, when upset, it is possible for him to start getting more aggressive and start ranting about what is putting him in a bad mood. In some rare occasions, he may also try to bring somebody down when they do unforgivable actions for instance betrayal, doxing, false accusations or anything that will affect his mental health.
Kaneedian also has a very creative mindset, allowing him to create very developed stories, realistic builds in a number of games (Read below) and more.
Hobbies
(Ima write this later lol)
History:
Phase 1 - The Classic Era (September 2015 - July 2016)
In August of 2015, Kaneedian 's (CanadianScout) best friend, Tristan, showed him a couple of his videos made using GoAnimate. Entertained by them, he thought about getting himself an account.
GoAnimate - Joey's awesome day -1- Pilot time!
Kaneedian's first GoAnimate video
On September 15th, Kaneedian asked to access Tristan's GoAnimate For Schools account since he doesn't possess one. The following night, he released his first video, named Joey's awesome day #1: Pilot time!. After that day, Kaneedian started making more content for his channel featuring the original characters: Joey, Franky, the Bully, Melinda (The Librarian), Alison (The Fake-Librarian), Gaby, himself, and Tristan (Formerly known as the Creator). Most of these first videos collaborated with Tristan since he and Kaneedian used the same account.
Kaneedian started his first series, Hackers, in late October, but he cancelled it after three episodes due to its mediocre storyline. Instead, Back to the Past was planned and released on his channel. This series was more successful than the previous one, despite its low animation and plot quality.
After Kaneedian finished this series, it was followed by another series named The Demons of (the) GoAnim. City. In the meantime, Tristan did his part of the story by making a series called The Apocalypse of GoAnim. City. Kaneedian's series was troubled as both were supposed to follow the same plot and storyline. Despite the struggle, Kaneedian still completed the series. A second season for this series was planned but was also cancelled for multiple reasons.
In late 2015, Kaneedian started a new series called Five Nights at Jack Paul('s) just for fun. The beginning of the series was quite confusing, as the players were immersed in the game and got out once they lost. On their first releases, the first episodes' ratings mainly were negative due to that. Surprisingly, the videos started gaining more and more views, likes and comments a few weeks later. As a result, Kaneedian decided to make more videos about this infamous "game" to grow his popularity even more while making varied types of GoAnimate videos.
In June 2016, Kaneedian started to get hated due to his immature behaviour towards "Go!Haters". He uploaded a video about them on his channel, and it received a plethora of backlash since it told people to dislike and report other people's videos over their opinions. It was reuploaded in multiple "Cringe compilations," making Kaneedian even more upset and leading him to make more videos against them.
After realizing his actions, he apologized to the haters and everyone else.
Phase 2 - The Rise of HTML5 (July 2016 - March 2017)
After reaching one thousand subscribers, Kaneedian continued making content for his fans, including more series such as The Rise of HTML5, Rise of The UTTPs, and The GoAnipaulis Purge. He planned to make more series until March 1, 2017, where unexpected news saw the light of the day.
First retirement / 4 month break from GoAnimate
On March 1st, 2017, Kaneedian posted a lengthy message to his Google+ community, saying he was done with GoAnimate. Kaneedian affirmed that his channel went downhill due to the subscribers, ratings, and his views decreasing non-stop. He also admitted he didn't upload for a while because he thought people only cared about "baby show" character videos, which were popular at the time, though it made him upset. He also mentioned he was bored of making GoAnimate videos.
Surprisingly, Kaneedian admitted he still loves his fans and always would. He also thanked them for all of the support since 2015, which was the first year Kaneedian was active on GoAnimate.
Explained (OUTDATED)
Kaneedian's first retirement, in March 2017.
During his break from GoAnimate, several new GoAnimators appeared out of nowhere (a couple during their commenting stages before beginning to make videos), such as Wolfgang Does Vyond, NathanWin7587, and several others. When these new GoAnimators joined, they were in the time in which Kaneedian was inactive. After Kaneedian left GoAnimate, his channel lay inactive for three months. Many GoAnimators commented on his videos anxiously confused on whether he'd return or not, commenting that his channel was rotting to death. On June 8th, 2017, Kaneedian finally uploaded a new video that updated his fans on the situation about his GoAnimate career-ending and made a response to his friend, Soulz Studios (Tristan), who wanted him to come back. In the same video, Kaneedian stated he would instead make Garry's Mod or Source Filmmaker Animations, which changed just over a month later.
Exactly one month and one day later, on July 9th, 2017, Kaneedian decided to go back to making GoAnimate videos, even if he had no intention of doing those ever again. At this point, Kaneedian gave his channel a rebirth.
Phase 3 -The Comeback (July 2017 - July 2018)
After reviving his channel, Kaneedian decided to make more OSGR (Official Shitty Game Review) episodes and more-developed videos, unlike the ones he made before his break and stated that he would focus on quality instead of quantity. In August 2017, the last Official Shitty Game Review episode came out, followed by a mini-series, The Demon Inside. After completing this one, Kaneedian focused on this type of content instead of Official Shitty Game Reviews. He didn't announce its cancellation until November 8th. In September 2017, Kaneedian announced his first movie, The Fate of GoAnipaulis, which he cancelled a few months later.
Late 2017 Decline
Explained
In late October / early November 2017, Kaneedian noticed his channel's declining state, upsetting him. He then started to think that his fans would rather watch Official Shitty Game Review videos instead of his recent content, which caused him to come up with an idea to restart from scratch. He then created a new channel named "Mark Animations." He uploaded a video explaining who he is and how disappointed he is to see how his channel has become. After he uploaded the first video on this new channel, no other videos ever came out, leaving it abandoned.
However, on November 8, 2017, Kaneedian uploaded a video on his main channel, explaining the depression behind his channel's decline and the new channel idea. Kaneedian then admitted he tried to abandon his main channel and get recognized for who he truly is, not for the "Shitty Game" videos he made since 2016. Despite his drama, he realized how far his channel got and how hard he had worked to get his main channel to 3K+ subscribers. Kaneedian officially announced the end of his most popular series, Official Shitty Game Reviews, in the same video.
After he uploaded the video, Kann's channel has seemed to regain popularity, despite not uploading as frequently as he used to.
First movie
In the following months, Kann tried to grow his channel popularity again. Instead of making Five Nights At Jack Paul videos, he tried to improve his video quality and story-telling by making more series and videos with new techniques. In February 2018, he uploaded the teaser trailer to his first completed feature-length film, Alison's Eventful Life. In the meantime, he released more and more content on his channel, including a full tutorial showing people how to improve their GoAnimate videos. Finally, on July 17, 2018, Alison's Eventful Life was released. After that, Kaneedian took a two-week break before making videos again.
Phase 4 - The Deadline (July 2018 - November 2019)
Vyond...
Kaneedian announcing his second departure from GoAnimate.
After releasing his successful movie, Alison's Eventful Life, Kaneedjan started uploading videos to his fans again until eleven months later, when he announced his second movie, Brittany. During the movie's production, the uploads on his channel visibly decreased, as he spent much time working on it and took a week of a break due to him going to the Dominican Republic. Production resumed once he returned.
Kaneedian announced that he would end his GoAnimate career in early October once Brittany is released.
Phase 5 - Post-GoAnimate-Career (January 2020 - Present)

Adeline resurrecting Kaneedian in "Rebirth".
On October 6th, 2019, Kaneedian uploaded a video on his channel which stated that he would leave Vyond after releasing his feature-length film, Brittany. This departure was due to his demotivation, lack of inspiration, and desire to focus more on his real-life instead of making videos. This announcement has led hundred of fans to tears and sadness. Between the release of this video and the release of Brittany, Kaneedian did one last QnA session, which got almost 200 questions.

Kann talking to Alison about his problems in "Double-Sided Mind...".
After the release of Brittany on November 22nd, Kaneedian claimed to have officially ended his GoAnimate career and confirmed that no more GoAnimate videos would come out on his channel. Three weeks later, on December 18th, Kaneedian publicized an official last GoAnimate video, commemorating the Legacy Video Maker, Comedy World, and his GoAnimate career. It was made for the Final GoAnimate Mega-Collab (released the same day). A few hours after the release of this video, the Legacy Video Maker was officially discontinued, marking the end of Comedy World and many GoAnimate careers across the community, including Kaneedian's.
Wrapper struggle
Months after the retirement of the Legacy Video Maker, a revival of it called "Wrapper-Offline" was released for everyone to use. On June 7, 2020, Kaneedian decided to continue making the videos he used to make. He surprisingly uploaded a new "GoAnimate" video on his channel called "Rebirth," which was created using the program. Once he uploaded the video, most of his fans were happy to see him return, but some were confused. Moments later, he was called out by some of his friends for "pirating" Vyond's property. The next day, he uploaded another video to his channel explaining why he came back despite saying he wasn't going to, but that didn't improve the situation between him and his friends.
Some of Kaneedian's other friends were sticking up for him by defending him and saying that it wasn't piracy, creating that "Piracy or not piracy" conflict. Confused and exhausted, he decided to un-list these two videos, realizing he shouldn't do it.

Almost 3 months later, on August 23, 2020, Kaneedian uploaded ANOTHER Wrapper video called "Double-Sided Mind...", where CanadianScout gets in a therapy session with Alison to talk about his mind being unable to take a decision and takes her advice to do what he loves and not let other people stop him. After its upload, some of his fans started to be a bit confused whether he is coming back to GA or not.
End of the endless loop
On November 22, Kaneedian made a community post on his channel saying that as of January 1, 2021, he would start uploading whatever he pleases, including Wrapper videos, marking the end of the endless loop that has been present since June of 2020.
On January 1, 2021, Kaneedian uploaded a new Wrapper video featuring his long-lost character, Amelia, ending with a cliffhanger and starting a new mini-series on the channel. A pinned comment was left on the video by Kaneedian to remind everyone that he is done making permanent decisions for his channel and that he may upload more Wrapper videos, other types of content or no videos at all. Said video is no longer available on his channel since Kaneedian later canceled the mini-series.

Kaneedian leaking FlashThemes on accident
2021 - 2022 inactivity
Despite saying he would return to making videos, Kaneedian has been extremely inactive on his YouTube channel since early 2021. According to him, this is due to Wrapper Offline's many issues, demotivating him to make more content.
Rebrand (April 2022-present)
In April 2022, Kaneedian announced he would be rebranding his channel from Canadian Scout to Kaneedian, he also changed his avatar, having finally put his hands on an actual stable version of the legacy video maker, he could finally make videos again without any issue getting in the way.
Accidental FlashThemes leak
On May 17, 2022, while Kaneedian was livestreaming to celebrate his birthday, he accidentally leaked the FlashThemes link, dashboard, name (The name hadn’t been confirmed at the time) and other various pages. The developers of the project were upset that they had some of their project leaked, but in the end it didn't matter too much. When Kann realised his mistake, he ended the stream and privated it.
Looks
Kaneedian's GoAnimate avatar was first seen on September 20th, 2015, in GoAnimate COLLAB - The Librarian's Restaurant part 1. He wore a blue jacket with a yellow bow tie, dark blue pants, and red shoes.
First re-design
On November 16, 2015, after the terrorist events in Paris, France, Kaneedian decided to change his look to support the residents impacted by the terrorist attacks. He turned his bow-tie with a blue tie, his blue jacket changed to red, and the colour of his pants changed to a brighter colour. He kept this look until January 18, 2016.
Second Re-design
On January 18th, 2016, Kaneedian changed his colours into more Canadian Flag-based ones. This new look was first seen in 72 subs special Good GoAnimate videos tips UPDATED VERSION. He changed his tie and pants to red, his jacket to white and his shoes to blue.
2016 summer look
On July 15, 2016, Kaneedian decided to use a new look for the summertime, but he only used the avatar in his videos for nearly a month. The summer avatar was first seen in CHANNEL RENEW.

Kaneedian's first look.
He replaced his hat with a backward-facing cap, he changed jacket and tie to a white polo shirt, and his pants with red shorts.

Kaneedian's first re-design.
On August 2, 2016, Kaneedian uploaded a video where he states that he regrets his nasty behaviour, depression from backlash from angry fans, and had a strong want to bring everything back to his roots. In Hello and welcome! (2016 channel trailer), his summer look was removed entirely and was changed to his second re-design look.

Business Friendly look
On September 2, 2016, Kaneedian decided to make himself a Business Friendly avatar to replace his Comedy World avatar. He likely did this due to the removal of Comedy World on July 26, 2016. On September 3, 2016, Kaneedian decided to make three avatars and let his fans vote on which one they preferred.
After two days of voting, the 3rd avatar option won, with 30 votes out of the total 57 votes.
Quickly after the poll, he stopped using his Business Friendly avatar.
2017 summer look
Not so long after coming back from a 4-month break that began in March of 2017, Kaneedian decided to give himself another summer look. However, instead of using the older summer look, he created a brand new one from scratch.
This time, he kept his original hat. He changed his white suit to a white and red polo, changed his pants to shorts, and began to wear sunglasses. He also has electronic gear in his ear.
Unlike the 2016 summer avatar, the 2017 summer ended up receiving positive feedback from the community.
He still uses the same avatar as he never changed it to this day.
Other social media CanadianScout uses:
Facebook page & Google+ community
On June 27, 2016, CanadianScout opened up a Facebook page to share it with his fans. The page stayed open for a few days until it got replaced by a Google+ community. On July 5, 2016, CanadianScout announced his new Google+ community, along with the closure of his Facebook page. After its announcement, CanadianScout's community had gained members very quickly.
Despite its popularity and significant members gain, CanadianScout ended the community's support in May 2018. However, in late 2018 or early 2019, the community regained support once the Google+ shutdown was announced. Even though CanadianScout said that he wouldn't post on it anymore, he posted updates about Google+'s closure during the last few months.
On April 2, 2019, the community officially shut down permanently, along with the rest of Google+, CanadianScouting the end of an era.
Discord
Over the course of Canadian's GoAnimate career, he operated three Discord servers, one during his post-career:
CanadianScout's Pack
On February 3, 2018, CanadianScout uploaded a new teaser for Alison's Eventful Life. At the end of the video, an announcement was made of a brand new Discord server, a moderated chat room for CanadianScout's fans and friends. As of May 26, more than 123 people have joined the server (Including CanadianScout, the owner).
CanadianScout's Pack V2
On November 1, 2018, CanadianScout decided to discontinue his Discord server due to many events related to drama, continuous spam and flood, corruption, and rule-breaking. However, he announced the opening of a new and improved version of it. Two days later, CanadianScout opened his latest server to the public, and at the same time, shut down the original server.
CanadianScout's original server lasted for exactly nine months. (February 3, 2018 - November 3, 2018.)
Why i discontinued my Discord server
CanadianScout's explanatory video on why he decided to close CSP V2
On January 26, 2019, CanadianScout officially discontinued his second server for his good and everything he had to go through since its opening and ended its support the same day. CanadianScout's pack V2 had lasted for approximately three months, making it a complete failure. (November 3, 2018 - January 26, 2019) According to him, the server was causing problems for everyone, and he was sick of picking sides when he was banning certain people OR letting them in. As a result, the server was shut down to end this beef between everyone.
CanadianScout Fandom
Not so long after CanadianScout's Pack V2 was shut down, CanadianScout didn't lose hope and opened a third Discord server called CanadianScout Fandom. It was first meant to be a private server for CanadianScout, his fans, and his friends only. After realizing most of his fans couldn't have access to the server, he opens the door to his server for everyone, but with an "AltDentifier" verification system to prevent the past events from happening again. On July 13, he replaced the verification system because mobile users couldn't verify with AltDentifier. At its peak, the server reached around 250 members. On December 2, 2019, Canadian announced that he would shut the server down for good since the server was inactive and slowly steering away from the GoAnimate community. On Boxing Day 2019, the server was closed/discontinued for good. A message in the only remaining channel read: "This server is now discontinued and is no longer supported. Thank you all for sticking with us since the beginning, but this is the end of a journey... Goodbye everyone, and thank you for everything." CanadianScout Fandom lasted precisely 11 months (January 26, 2019- December 26, 2019), more than both of Canadian's previous servers.
Kaneedian's Hangout Club (Now "Kann's Hangout")
Surprisingly, on January 26, 2020, a new server named "Kaneedian's Hangout Cub" was opened. According to CanadianScout, unlike the three other servers, this one is not meant to be GoAnimate-related. He opened it because he lost connection with most people he encountered through his GoAnimate career. As time went on, CanadianScout realized that the server had gotten way more significant than he expected it to be and eventually became one of the main hangout places for the remains of the GoAnimate community, like Vyond Central.
May 2020 - March 2021 shutdown
On May 9, 2020, Canadian Scout decided to leave the community behind once and for all for many reasons and made sure he wouldn't go back to it ever again. As a result, he abruptly and silently leaves his server the same day, making the members confused and worried. Minutes later, GoTest334 (Co-Owner of the server) announced that the server would close its doors permanently due to CanadianScout's / Kaneedian's departure. The following day, the server was entirely shut down and no longer accessible to the members, CanadianScouting the end of an era, as Canadian Scout stated he wouldn't make any more servers for the GoAnimate community. However, that statement was proven wrong when he reopened the server on March 7, 2021.
A few days after the grand reopening, the activity on the server has significantly dropped, seemingly because of the most significant GoAnimate-related Discord server, "GoAnimate City," which is currently booming since August 2020.
On April 22nd, 2021, the server was renamed to "Kaneedian's Hangout", and was renamed again to "Kann's Hangout" on March 16th, 2022.

Official Shitty Game Reviews
Official Shitty Game Reviews was the most popular series on CanadianScout's channel.
The series revolved around different characters (Melinda, Alison, CanadianScout, Gaby, Eugenie, Amelia, and Anna) playing broken, glitchy, and nonfunctional video games. While playing the games, the characters would often rage, get confused, and get scared by many errors occurring inside of those.
The most appearing video game character is Jack Paul, a stock Business Friendly character with a white suit, a blue tie, and black pants. He has become very popular from his two video game series, Five Nights at Jack Paul's and Jack Paul Simulator. He is also known for his famous quotes; "ALRIGHT COAST IS CLEAR!" and "OH NO WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!".
End of the series
Despite the series' success and popularity, the last OSGR episode came out on August 10, 2017. After that, no more episodes of the series ever came out.
On November 8, 2017, CanadianScout sadly announced the end of the popular series and stated that it got old and wanted to move on to other content.
Rise of the UTTPs
Rise of the UTTPs premiered on October 6, 2016. The series revolved around an evil woman, Amelia, trying to take over the city by turning all its inhabitants into butthurt, angry, and cruel versions of themselves, also called "UTTP members."
Update about rise of the UTTPs
Cancellation of the series
The series lasted three episodes until CanadianScout decided to cancel it on October 31, 2016. He stated that he didn't want the UTTP members on YouTube to attack him because the series made fun of them. He also explained that the plot was flawed and turned into a fairy tale show, like Once Upon a Time.
After that announcement, CanadianScout uploaded the unfinished fourth episode, which further proved that the plot was flawed. The series then remained untouched.
GoAnimate Laziness
On October 11, 2016, CanadianScout released a new series called "GoAnimate Laziness," which was, unfortunately, the most infamous series on his channel. GoAnimate Laziness revolved around very lazily made videos, including constant "neutral emotion," sliding characters, slow movements, lack of soundtracks and sound effects. As explained by CanadianScout, this series was a parody of the GoAnimate community, which often makes effortless GoAnimate videos.
Only two episodes of this series came out before getting cancelled.
Cancellation of the series
As CanadianScout uploaded the series' 3rd episode, he later took it down due to its mediocre rating. (eight dislikes, one like) After that, the series was cancelled because people got tired of it.
The eight dislikes were all from the same person, influencing people to "dislike-spam" CanadianScout's videos. That didn't change CanadianScout's decision to move on from this series.

Movie / Deluxe Episode and Copyright issues
On April 23, 2019, at 7:00 PM, CanadianScout premiered the entire series in one video, making it a second movie next to Alison's Eventful Life due to its length (1:11:15). Unfortunately, a few hours later, CanadianScout received a copyright claim for a part of the video for an unknown reason. Upon his realization, the following day, upset, CanadianScout expressed his feelings on Twitter and Discord and didn't know what to do. He tried to tweet to YouTube about this, but they didn't respond. He also attempted to file for a dispute, but none of the reasons listed applied to his situation. When filing a dispute, it is required to check a box where it says, "I understand that filing fraudulent disputes may result in termination of my YouTube account," threatening his channel more than anything else. CanadianScout also tried to mute the claimed part, but all it did was break the comments section. He decided to take down the video and reupload it.
The claimant was "SME" for a song titled "Real One - Chris Brown X Tyga feat. Boosie Badazz", and due to that, the video has been monetized by the "copyright owner," resulting in no ad revenue for CanadianScout. This claim was a misunderstanding, as the scene only contained a walking sound effect, and Apple Opening Ringtone and Jenna responding by saying "Hello?". The YouTube copyright bots were to blame. CanadianScout tried to reupload the video without success; The same claimant still claimed the video. Due to that, he changed the walking and ringtone sound effects and re-rendered the whole video.
As of April 25, at noon, the video/movie was reuploaded, fully monetized.

Brittany
The 3 plots CanadianScout came up with before the movie's production.
In early June 2019, during a live stream (which is now private), CanadianScout decided to make his last movie before the retirement of the Legacy Video Maker. CanadianScout created the protagonist in the character creator during the live-stream and named her "Brittany," which was also the movie's name. After the live stream, he came up with three different plots for the film and made a poll on his YouTube community tab for his fans to know which one they like the best. Plot three had the most votes, but CanadianScout decided to go for the first one due to backlash from his close friends. He was pretty grateful for that. In mid-September 2019, CanadianScout decided that it will be his last GoAnimate video/movie.
