Neon is a Male Character created by HavocEXE Productions in December 2019, just a few days before the retirement of the legacy video maker. Neon has a sister named Cindy and a Dad who grounds him for all the trouble he causes on a frequent basis.

Neon was planned to make an appearance in "Darnell, Seymour, Tygo, Monty and Neon give Regan a Punishment Day/Grounded BIG TIME", but was ultimately cancelled.
He did make a cameo appearance in "Simon misbehaves at The Movies/Grounded" however.
Neon's Mom died when he was 6 years old.
